The Power of Thoughts… they are Real Forces

The Power of Thoughts... they are real forces

The Power of Thoughts… they are real forces

The importance of cultivating a correct attitude and developing faith in what you seek to achieve in life.

Nothing in life is impossible unless you think it so. Thoughts are powerful ‘packets’ of vibrational energy and if you strongly cling to a certain thought with the dynamic willpower, there is no reason why this thought cannot manifest according to the blueprint you have created.

This creation is in itself a scientific principle based on the Universal Law Of Supply. It is the source from which everything manifests. It is in us all, and it can certainly be tapped if you are just willing to give it a go. The secret is not really a secret, but it is a treasure trove within each and every one of us and we have the right to use it most efficaciously.

Is it not true that when you see someone so very happy and elated, your mind gets caught up with the cheer and you discover that there is a smile on your face?

The thoughts are so closely interweaved with the mind. If the thoughts are calm the mind is calm. In any aspect of life, be it starting a business, getting your first job or getting married, the relationship of mind and thought is foremost.

Systematically, therefore we must train and discipline the mind for right thinking and diligent activity, and thus have a correct understanding of what you really want in life, and how this will add to the effectual dynamism in your quest and what you ultimately seek – your path to success and wealth will become gracious, meaningful and attainable!

People with certain qualities are almost magnetically attracted, and such qualities are called positive qualities. These qualities are present in all of us, but they are not invoked or clearly understood. We know what love, kindness, courage, and joy mean, these are noble virtues, and we also recognize them as qualities we admire in others.

Despite knowing this, when we act we act compromising ideals. The reason behind this is that we are never true to our own selves – we are constantly acting and putting up a ‘show’ to please everyone around us, but ourselves! It is painful, demoralizing and quite agonizing not to be your true self.

You may exclaim in disbelief, and sat what has this got to do with wealth and prosperity? I acknowledge your concern, but I humbly request that you take a moment or two, and in the silence of the night ruminate over this point deeply. I would like you then to implement what I mentioned above by being yourself.

Notice the changes that occur with the passage of time, and what you will truly discover is that when one can bring out into expression the fragrance of one’s innate positive qualities or characteristics.  Not only people but all the things that you have ever desired or wished for will come to you.

“As the thought, so the mind.”

In order to fulfill your set goals and your dreams, it is necessary to practice what the article outlines.

The habitual inclination of our thought patterns is ultimately the deciding factor, which determines our abilities, talents and our personal characteristics.

Based on this critical and vital piece of knowledge, one assumes that those lucky few have been born with the special talent you lack and fervently desire to have.

To a large extent, this is true, but it has to be said that no one is born a millionaire – full stop! The valuable information lies in the art of cultivating the pattern that brings success.

We are what we think we are.

It is true when the Masters say that, “Your Thoughts create the environment”.

  1. Thoughts develop personality
  2. Thoughts promote health
  3. Thoughts influence the body
  4. Thoughts can change and shape the future (destiny)
  5. Thoughts bring forth creation
  6. Thoughts influence the physiology and psychology of people
  7. Thoughts can bring success
  8. Thoughts can even heal the body

Watch your thoughts constantly. Your experiences and the environment have their ‘seat’ in thoughts.

Your suggestion, and autosuggestions via meditation and visualization techniques must be stronger than the thoughts. When your actions uplift you, know that you have understood the art of controlling your thought processes.

You can accomplish anything through the power of thought. Visualization uses your imagination to allow yourself to ‘picture’ your success or achieving your earnest goal.

Your positive thoughts create energy vibrations that are incredibly powerful. The mind has a strong connection between your thoughts and your actions. Your thoughts are subtle energies and have a strong connection to our consciousness.

Therefore, the constant nourishment of positive thoughts via visualization, yoga, and meditation will bring harmony, happiness, health and wealth!

Best Way to Write and Use Positive Affirmations | Powerful Methods

Best Way to Write and Use Positive Affirmations | Powerful Methods

Notice that both positive affirmations center on choice and health. The basic self (subconscious mind) loves to have a choice. The other two affirmations center on deprivation of no smoking, losing weight. A fear of being deprived can launch the exact behavior you wish to discontinue. How many times have you decided to go on a diet only to begin craving forbidden foods the instant you made the decision?

Keep your positive affirmations short and sweet.

Positive affirmations that are simple to remember and repeat will have the most impact. It is more effective to use three short statements that are easily spoken.

Attach strong emotion to your affirmations. When making your affirmations use words that evoke strong feelings in you. When you’re saying your affirmations, even silently to yourself, say them with strong emotion. Here is an example: See it when you say it. Stand tall, stride around the room, and throw your arms out wide.

If you’re in a place where you’re saying your affirmations silently then see yourself taking these physical actions in your mind‘s eye while you’re repeating your affirmations.

Practice the physical part of saying your affirmations whenever you get the chance. This way you’ll have a solid anchor of yourself going through these movements for those times when you need to visualize the movement and you silently say the affirmation.

Use present tense words. I’m now receiving, I’m doing, I now have, choosing these phrases to send the message to your basic self that your desired result exists right now.

It’s the responsibility of your basic self to fulfill your directives as quickly as possible. If you put your affirmations in the future tense, as in I will or I’m going to then your basic self has no clear directive to act now. Your desired goal will continue to stay in the future because that’s the information you’re putting out.

Say what you mean. If your positive affirmation is – I’m a powerful communicator, be sure that you’ve clearly defined to yourself exactly what actions a powerful communicator does.

Remember that words are symbols for our thoughts. Each word or combination of words carries the energy of an image (thought) specific to you. Word your affirmations to get the exact results you desire. Invest in a good thesaurus. The more words you have at your command the more precise you can be in wording your affirmation. Many teachers and motivational speakers use this technique.

Here is how it works. Choose a time and place when you’re able to be uninterrupted for a while. Start saying your affirmations aloud using lots of movement and great emotional energy.

This can be as easy as touching your forehead with your index finger, clenching your fist, touching your thumb and pinky finger together or any physical activity you are able to assign as your specific anchor action.

Avoid choosing a noise action like snapping your fingers or tapping your foot because there may be times when you’ll want to use your anchor unobtrusively. In addition, whichever action you choose, use it specifically as an anchor for your affirmations.

If you have a habit of scratching your ear while concentrating then that may not be as effective for you as a new behavior assigned to your positive affirmations.

As you begin each affirmation, do the action. Put all of your energy and emotion into this. Go over the top, as if you are on stage. Say the affirmation, do the action. Say the affirmation, do the action. Do this for an hour or more if you are able to. Your voice may get hoarse, that is okay. You’re building your desired lifestyle.

Every time you do the action at the peak of your emotional energy while saying your affirmation, you’re creating a direct link between this action and your affirmation energy. You’ll be able to bring up the power of your affirmation any time in the future just by doing this action.

You are able to be in an elevator surrounded by other people and start using your anchor motion. By the time you reach your floor, you’ll be pumped, as if you had just spent 30 minutes shouting out your affirmations. The more you use the anchor the firmer that connection will be.

Make your positive affirmations true and realistic.

Your affirmations are your personal directive. Choose the words and phrases that are true for you. Other people may make suggestions and even give you already written affirmations. Use what is meaningful to you and discard the rest. Positive affirmations created by others may never be as powerful for you as the affirmations you create and believe for yourself.

There are no ‘shoulds’ in personal affirmations. You are responsible for the results that you create in your life by the actions that you choose. Listen to the input that others may offer you and then make your own decisions.

“Action follows thought.”

What you decide to think, what you constantly affirm, will determine your action.

A very important guideline for creating positive affirmations is that your affirmations apply only to you. You may affirm that you are a more loving husband; you may affirm that you have a nurturing relationship with your wife, but if you try to affirm that your wife is a more loving wife, then you are moving into the realm of psychic manipulation.

Positive Affirmations are based on your personal words and thoughts and apply to your life, not to others.

Then, with your answer in mind, create your own affirmation in the first person and present tense. This creates concrete, tangible goals which give you a direction in which to work towards.

Repeat, Repeat, and Repeat

In order for your affirmations to be effective, you want to repeat them to yourself daily attentively, conviction, interest, and need. Everyone has that little voice within themselves that constantly tells them when they can or cannot do something. Most often, that little voice is giving you a million and one reasons why you can’t, which only adds to our self-doubt.

Positive affirmations can be statements, positive thoughts or words that describe a desired scenario or outcome, like success.

These have to be compelled to be recurrent over and once more so as to trigger the subconscious into positive action. the majority spend so much an excessive amount of time repetition negative words and statements in their mind, whether or not consciously or subconsciously.

Keep telling yourself that you can’t do something, that you are too lazy, or that you are stupid and don’t be surprised if you never succeed at anything. Words and statements work both ways, to build or destroy. But their capacity to cause harm or good is up to us.

The repetition of positive affirmations helps focus your mind on your aim, automatically building corresponding mental images in the conscious mind, when then affects the subconscious mind.

By using this process consciously and intently, you harness the power of your subconscious mind to transform your habits, behavior, mental attitude and reactions.

The transformative powers of positive affirmations are very real. By repeatedly stating what you want to be true in your life, you mentally and emotionally see and feel it as true, thereby attracting it into your life.

Why Positive Thinking Is Essential To Your Happiness

Why Positive Thinking Is Essential To Your Happiness

Do you ever feel like your thoughts are sucking the life and joy out of you? If yes, then your thoughts are most probably leaning towards the negative. If you want to be happy, then you’ve got to learn to let go of your negative mindset. You’ve got to do a complete turnaround and shift your mind to think positively instead.

When you think happy, positive thoughts, you feel much better. You’ll probably smile or laugh a bit without you realizing it. When you do this, when you get so giddy from your thoughts, then you’re essentially thinking happy and exciting thoughts. It’s a much better scenario than letting depressing memories go through your mind over and over again.

When you think positively, you don’t dwell on your sad past or your catastrophic failures. You learn from them instead. Experience is life’s greatest teacher so let it teach you. Open up your mind and think of the possibilities out there.

No matter how dire your life may seem now, if you only look at things in a positive manner, then you’ll feel happier. You know there’s hope out there, you just need to figure out a way to get there.

Positive thinkers are happy and optimistic people. Where a pessimist may see only hardships and difficulties, an optimist will always find an opportunity to turn bad to good. As they say, there’s always a rainbow after the rain which means there’s always something good after all the pain you’ve been through.

Positive people do feel negative emotions from time to time, but they don’t dwell on that. They don’t let the negative feelings simmer. Instead, they look for a way to let it dissipate. They know that thinking negatively for long periods of time is not good for their health and their mind, so they do their best to overcome it.

When life gets you down, think happy thoughts. Draw strength from positive thinkers. Do something kind for other people. You’ll be surprised at how good it feels when you know you’re contributing positively to other people’s lives, no matter how insignificant it may seem.

There are many other ways you can develop the habit of thinking positively. It will take a few weeks until the first results show up, but it will only take a little self-discipline. But in the end, the result will be so much worth it – you’ll finally understand the true meaning of happiness!
