Best Way to Write and Use Positive Affirmations | Powerful Methods

Best Way to Write and Use Positive Affirmations | Powerful Methods

Best Way to Write and Use Positive Affirmations | Powerful Methods

Notice that both positive affirmations center on choice and health. The basic self (subconscious mind) loves to have a choice. The other two affirmations center on deprivation of no smoking, losing weight. A fear of being deprived can launch the exact behavior you wish to discontinue. How many times have you decided to go on a diet only to begin craving forbidden foods the instant you made the decision?

Keep your positive affirmations short and sweet.

Positive affirmations that are simple to remember and repeat will have the most impact. It is more effective to use three short statements that are easily spoken.

Attach strong emotion to your affirmations. When making your affirmations use words that evoke strong feelings in you. When you’re saying your affirmations, even silently to yourself, say them with strong emotion. Here is an example: See it when you say it. Stand tall, stride around the room, and throw your arms out wide.

If you’re in a place where you’re saying your affirmations silently then see yourself taking these physical actions in your mind‘s eye while you’re repeating your affirmations.

Practice the physical part of saying your affirmations whenever you get the chance. This way you’ll have a solid anchor of yourself going through these movements for those times when you need to visualize the movement and you silently say the affirmation.

Use present tense words. I’m now receiving, I’m doing, I now have, choosing these phrases to send the message to your basic self that your desired result exists right now.

It’s the responsibility of your basic self to fulfill your directives as quickly as possible. If you put your affirmations in the future tense, as in I will or I’m going to then your basic self has no clear directive to act now. Your desired goal will continue to stay in the future because that’s the information you’re putting out.

Say what you mean. If your positive affirmation is – I’m a powerful communicator, be sure that you’ve clearly defined to yourself exactly what actions a powerful communicator does.

Remember that words are symbols for our thoughts. Each word or combination of words carries the energy of an image (thought) specific to you. Word your affirmations to get the exact results you desire. Invest in a good thesaurus. The more words you have at your command the more precise you can be in wording your affirmation. Many teachers and motivational speakers use this technique.

Here is how it works. Choose a time and place when you’re able to be uninterrupted for a while. Start saying your affirmations aloud using lots of movement and great emotional energy.

This can be as easy as touching your forehead with your index finger, clenching your fist, touching your thumb and pinky finger together or any physical activity you are able to assign as your specific anchor action.

Avoid choosing a noise action like snapping your fingers or tapping your foot because there may be times when you’ll want to use your anchor unobtrusively. In addition, whichever action you choose, use it specifically as an anchor for your affirmations.

If you have a habit of scratching your ear while concentrating then that may not be as effective for you as a new behavior assigned to your positive affirmations.

As you begin each affirmation, do the action. Put all of your energy and emotion into this. Go over the top, as if you are on stage. Say the affirmation, do the action. Say the affirmation, do the action. Do this for an hour or more if you are able to. Your voice may get hoarse, that is okay. You’re building your desired lifestyle.

Every time you do the action at the peak of your emotional energy while saying your affirmation, you’re creating a direct link between this action and your affirmation energy. You’ll be able to bring up the power of your affirmation any time in the future just by doing this action.

You are able to be in an elevator surrounded by other people and start using your anchor motion. By the time you reach your floor, you’ll be pumped, as if you had just spent 30 minutes shouting out your affirmations. The more you use the anchor the firmer that connection will be.

Make your positive affirmations true and realistic.

Your affirmations are your personal directive. Choose the words and phrases that are true for you. Other people may make suggestions and even give you already written affirmations. Use what is meaningful to you and discard the rest. Positive affirmations created by others may never be as powerful for you as the affirmations you create and believe for yourself.

There are no ‘shoulds’ in personal affirmations. You are responsible for the results that you create in your life by the actions that you choose. Listen to the input that others may offer you and then make your own decisions.

“Action follows thought.”

What you decide to think, what you constantly affirm, will determine your action.

A very important guideline for creating positive affirmations is that your affirmations apply only to you. You may affirm that you are a more loving husband; you may affirm that you have a nurturing relationship with your wife, but if you try to affirm that your wife is a more loving wife, then you are moving into the realm of psychic manipulation.

Positive Affirmations are based on your personal words and thoughts and apply to your life, not to others.

How Self-suggestions can Reprogram Your Mind to Success

How Self-suggestions can Reprogram Your Mind to Success

Self-suggestions or simply Positive Affirmations are absolutely essential in building positive attitudes and confidence in our own capabilities.

A Self-suggestions must contain the following key ingredients :

  1. Positive words and phrases;
  2. In the first person and the present tense (“I am …”);
  3. Is specific about what you want to be (to have, to do, etc.);

An example of a positive affirmation is “I am a positive, optimistic thinker” or “I am the top salesman”.

You can begin harnessing the transformative powers of positive affirmations by applying these guidelines:

Replace the Negative with the Positive

The very environment that we live in tends to drag us down with its constant negativity. But the instant that you simply begin using positive affirmations, you’ll be able to opt to banish negativity and begin adopting the positive attitudes which are able to propel you towards success.

Using affirmations is critical in developing the self-motivation that can make our goals and dreams into realities.

Modify your Thinking

Your mind believes what you tell it. Reprogram your mind using a combination of Positive Affirmations and Binaural Beats in Theta Frequency and watch your conscious mind transform it into positive action. You essentially become the person you have affirmed yourself to be.

Personalise Your Own Affirmations

First, you need to think about what you want to achieve. Be specific about what you want to be, to do, to have and so on and so forth. Then, with your answer in mind, create your own affirmation in the first person and present tense. This creates concrete, tangible goals which give you a direction in which to work towards.

Repeat, Repeat, and Repeat

In order for your affirmations to be effective, you want to repeat them to yourself daily attentively, conviction, interest, and need. Writing them down on post-its which might be placed in places wherever you’ll oftentimes see them (fridge, toilet mirror, etc.) is additionally an honest thanks to reminding yourself

The Transformative Power of Positive Affirmations

Everyone has that little voice within themselves that constantly tells them when they can or cannot do something. Most often, that little voice is giving you a million and one reasons why you can’t, which only adds to our self-doubt.

Positive affirmations can be statements, positive thoughts or words that describe a desired scenario or outcome, like success.

These have to be compelled to be recurrent over and once more so as to trigger the subconscious into positive action. the majority spend so much an excessive amount of time repetition negative words and statements in their mind, whether or not consciously or subconsciously.

Keep telling yourself that you can’t do something, that you are too lazy, or that you are stupid and don’t be surprised if you never succeed at anything. Words and statements work both ways, to build or destroy. But their capacity to cause harm or good is up to us.

The repetition of positive affirmations helps focus your mind on your aim, automatically building corresponding mental images in the conscious mind, when then affects the subconscious mind.

By using this process consciously and intently, you harness the power of your subconscious mind to transform your habits, behavior, mental attitude and reactions.

The transformative powers of positive affirmations are very real. By repeatedly stating what you want to be true in your life, you mentally and emotionally see and feel it as true, thereby attracting it into your life.

How to Improve the Life through Positive Affirmations

How to Improve the Life through Positive Affirmations

Words and statements have the power to build or destroy. But it is how you use them that gives them the capacity to do good or do harm.

One example of this is through the use of affirmations statements which describe a desired condition or outcome, and which are repeated often.

The repetition of affirmations automatically and involuntarily brings up related mental images in the mind, which then influence the subconscious mind and transforms our behavior, habits, and actions accordingly.

The use of positive affirmations can motivate us, keeping your mind focused on the goal that you are trying to achieve. By influencing our subconscious mind, they have the power to change the way you think and behave.

Also, being positive statements, they can make you more energetic and active, thereby putting you in a better position to transform your inner and outer worlds.

In order for your affirmations to be most effective, they should be self-developed and written in the present tense.

For example, “I am” NOT “I will be”.

Affirm with love, faith, and conscious intent and believe that your desire has already been fulfilled.

Some examples of affirmations:

  1. “It is easy and simple to achieve success.”
  2. “Success loves me and always seeks me.”
  3. “All the systems of my body are functioning perfectly.”
  4. “My body is infused with the energy of health.”
  5. “I am letting happiness manifest in my life.”
  6. “I deserve to be happy right now.”

Set aside a special time during the day, for repeating them to yourself.

Write them down or repeat them in your mind wherever you are and whenever you have the time.

It is natural for negativity to cloud your mind, especially if your current environment is unfavorable, but persevere, and you will be able to conquer your negative thoughts and doubts.

The combination of binaural beats and positive affirmations is a powerful tool for reprogramming the mind. Binaural beats, on Theta frequency, are able to clear our mental programming and prepare the brain for “new software”.

This new “software” may contain new habits that can be easily constructed with the statements you choose. An abundant life, a perfect love relationship, happiness, success.

Any of these things can be achieved! All you need is… get started right now!

How to REPROGRAM YOUR BRAIN and change your Limiting Beliefs

How to REPROGRAM YOUR MIND and change your Limiting Beliefs

“No one ever talks about it, but the secret key to achieving your goals in life is FIRST to need to REPROGRAM YOUR BRAIN to break free from your limiting beliefs and paradigms.”

What is a Paradigm?

Paradigms are mental programs that have almost exclusive control over our habitual behavior … and almost all of our behavior is habitual. They control the way you view yourself, the world, and the opportunity. They control how you approach change and challenges. They control your success and happiness in life. Paradigms are who you are.” – Bob Proctor

What are limiting beliefs?

Limiting beliefs are those which constrain us in some way. Just by believing them, we do not think, do or say the things that they inhibit. And in doing so, we impoverish our lives. We may have beliefs about rights, duties, abilities, permissions, and so on. Limiting beliefs are often about ourselves and our self-identity. The beliefs may also be about other people and the world in general. In any case, they sadly limit us.

Be free of your limiting beliefs and paradigms hearing a strange sound…

As life’s pressures increase, financially, personally and socially, our ability to relax is reduced, and as such we turn to various aids to help us achieve that calm mental humans require as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Sometimes we find sanctuary in Starbucks and a book, and other times more holistic activities such as massage therapy, yoga, and music.

After years of study, it was discovered that Binaural beats are capable of cultivating relaxation even during times of high stress, and as such have been labeled the digital drug with remarkable relaxation and meditation powers. The beats are effective in freeing the mind and creating that realm of calm space we all need daily.

WHAT ARE BINAURAL BEATS?

Binaural beat recordings are specially generated sounds, designed to alter our brainwaves and consciousness. The basic idea behind binaural beats is that our brains operate at specific bandwidths, which are measured in frequencies. Our brainwaves change depending on how we are feeling and what we are doing. Using binaural beats, we can emulate natural brainwave frequencies and then slowly turn them to another brainwave frequency. This is the base of the theory of entrainment.

When the perceived beat frequency corresponds to the delta, theta, alpha, beta, or gamma range of brainwave frequencies, the brainwaves entrain to or move towards the beat frequency. For example, if a 315Hz sine wave is played into the right ear and a 325Hz one into the left ear, the brain is entrained towards the beat frequency 10Hz (alpha range). Since the alpha range is associated with relaxation, this has a relaxing effect, or if in the beta range, more alertness.

Binaural beat stimulation has been extensively used in attempts to induce a variety of states of consciousness, and there has been some work done in regards to the effects of these stimuli on relaxation, focus, attention, and states of consciousness.

Studies have shown that repeated training to distinguish close frequency sounds leads to plastic reorganization of the brain.

The Magic of Theta Waves

The increase of these audios downloads has soared in the last few years as more scientific studies emerge documenting the benefits, and as the medical profession increasingly turns to use theta therapy to cure behavioral and cognitive disorders.

THETA WAVES
Theta brainwaves occur most often in sleep but are also dominant in deep meditation. Theta is our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition. In theta, our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on signals originating from within. It is that twilight state which we usually only experience temporary as we wake or drift off to sleep. In theta, we are in a dream; vivid imagery, intuition, and information beyond our ordinary conscious awareness. It’s where we hold our stuff, our fears, troubled history, and nightmares.

Theta waves move beyond knowledge to knowing (total knowing), showing the vision of needed growth and its direction. The continuous use of binaural beats produces a state of super learning and concentration capable of acting deeply in our subconscious mind. And that’s where all the transformation happens.

Theta waves frequencies can clean our paradigms and limiting beliefs, allowing our intrinsic personality to emerge. Smooth brain communication promotes focus and emotional balance, helping us reach our full personal potential.

Studies on Neuroplasticity suggest that long-term or short-term practice of binaural beats meditation results in different levels of activity in the brain. Regions associated with such qualities as attention, anxiety, depression, fear, anger, and the ability of the body to heal itself. These functional changes are caused by changes in the physical structure of the brain.

Okay, now we know that Theta frequencies can reprogram my subconscious mind, but how can I do that?

I have tested some reprogramming techniques and created a list of alternatives available.

Binaural Beats Tools are the best choice in my opinion because these techniques it’s able to make corrections into subconscious thought patterns, so they rejected negative thoughts that were deeply rooted.

Myths about Self-Confidence

Myths about Self-Confidence

People who have self-confidence believe in themselves and feel that they are capable of achieving what they want in life, or dealing with any situation that they may have to face. They have an aura of self-confidence and self-assurance, which is apparent to others. People like to spend time with them; they feel comfortable and secure in their presence.

In contrast, there are many people who are reasonably talented, but who lack self-confidence. These people are victims of the several myths that surround self-confidence.
One of the foremost myths about self-confidence is that people are born with self-confidence. It is a quality that cannot be acquired. Nothing can be farther from truth. Self-confidence, like other skills, can be built. All that you need is right guidance and a belief in yourself.

There are others who blame their low self-confidence to their lack of good looks and poor upbringing. They don’t realize that self-confidence has nothing to do with their looks. It is a reflection of one’s confidence. The only way they can overcome this myth is by learning to believe in themselves. In fact, talent and self-confidence are not inter-related. There are scores of talented actors and actresses who do very well in their professions but whose personal lives are torn by lack of self-confidence. It may sound contradictory, but this is how life is. Talent can be an important component of self-confidence, but it is certainly not a substitute for self-confidence. So, don’t worry about lack of talent. Harness the skills that you possess.

Another myth is that self-confidence is directly proportional to the recognition and praise that an individual gets in his or her life; the ones who are not so lucky wallow in self-pity. Once again, there is little doubt that recognition and praise make you feel good about yourself, and boost your self-confidence. But you can’t simply depend on the praise lavished by others. You have to work hard to earn that praise, and you can do this only if you are self-confident. The same applies to those who are not successful. They, too, can earn praise if they work hard and win people’s respect.

Such people should look at children. Children believe in themselves, and this gives them the self-confidence to try to do things they have never done before, be it learning how to cycle or how to swim. In fact, no child comes into the world knowing all the skills. But it does not take long to teach children most of the basic skills. Then, why should it be difficult for adults to learn new skills or brave new challenges?

Another myth is that only self-confident people can afford to take risks. This again is not true. In fact, self-confident people are more realistic about their capabilities. They know what they can do, and what they can’t do. More importantly, they know how to deal with failures. In contrast, people who lack self-confidence are afraid of failure. This fear prevents them from taking on new tasks. They constantly pine for the approval of others, and when they don’t get it they end up losing their self-confidence.

What is apparent is the lack of understanding. People must realize that self-confidence is a state of mind. It is not dependent upon a person’s beauty or looks. It flows from a person’s self-belief, and this belief can be built. All that a person needs to do is to debunk myths that self-confidence cannot be acquired or that self-confidence is a byproduct of exceptional knowledge, skills and luck. Once they do so, they will find it easier to acquire the same magnetic powers that self-confident people have.

How To Transform Your Life Through Guided Meditation

How To Transform Your Life Through Guided Meditation

What is Guided meditation and how it can pulled You out of the hole…

It is essentially a form of meditation that allows someone to guide you through the meditation and achieve a specific outcome, whether it is finding your ideal job, losing weight, quitting smoking, spiritual connection or just to reduce stress. Guided meditation requires nothing more than a comfortable, quiet environment so you can concentrate on your breathing and the imagery that is being described for you. You are transported to a peaceful setting where you will see, hear, feel and taste in your imagination and learn more about yourself, about your inner world and your true purpose.

In this post we will talk about “Meditation Mastery Secrets” by Jason Stephenson – the creator of the course. You will learn more about the step-by-step meditation and its expected results.

Meditation Mastery Secrets teaches you how to achieve it in a perfect manner. To define it simply – it is one of the easiest ways to enter into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness, and eliminate stress and bring about positive personal changes in your life.

Who is Jason Stephenson?

Jason Stephenson is the founder of Relax Me Online Australia Pty Ltd and has been involved in the meditation/relaxation music field for the past 15 years. He is a best selling author (Co-Authored Jack Canfield’sSuccess Mastery” book in 2017) and his YouTube Meditation Sleep Music Channel has grown to over 630,000 subscribers and has had over one hundred and sixty million views!

The importance of meditation came to Jason in his 30’s, when he entered troubled times in his life, both on a physical and mental level.

Jason says, “I got off on the wrong side of life and got involved in the abuse of drugs and alcohol – a total abuse on all levels to my body, mind, and spirit. I relied on meditation and affirmations at this time to get me through some of the darkest days of my life. Meditation and affirmations became a daily ritual to help change my health and mindset, and I went from being a total wreck to having the strength to help others from their darker days.”

His guided meditation work has now been accepted in prisons across Australia (to help with the rehabilitation of prisoners), and recently his work has been accepted to be utilized to help over 4000 prisoners in the Mule Creek State Prison in CA, USA to aid in relaxation and sleep.

Jason has spoken and performed on an international level in Australia, USA, Taiwan, and Malaysia. He performed winning songs in an International Buddhist song contest, “Sounds of the Human World” in 2005 and 2006.

Jason completed his Usui Reiki First Degree Certificate and has completed a Diploma of Neuro-Psychological Immunity (H & H College Queensland, Australia)– a course where Jason says, “I really began to understand the power and connection between the health of mind and body.”

Jason resides in a small sea-side town on the east cost of NSW Australia with his two faithful companion dogs, Buddy and Dharma.

How does it work?

Opt for the course, and each lesson teaches you how to get in touch with your subconscious at the deepest level. As you gradually relax, any stress fades away, and your mind becomes a whole lot clearer than before.

During this time, your subconscious is open to positive suggestions, and you will be able to embark on an inner journey that is designed to improve one or more aspects of your life. For example, a guided meditation might be tailored towards personal empowerment and positive thinking. Another might focus on emotional healing or spiritual development. You might be taken on a guided journey to unleash your full potential, or you may choose to go on a guided journey simply for the sheer pleasure of experiencing profoundly deep relaxation.

How is guided meditation different?

Yes, that is a great question, which came to my mind before I took the course. Most traditional meditation techniques require you to take command of your own awareness by concentrating your attention on a single point of focus. It could be your breathing, a physical action, or more commonly, it may be on a mantra – a sound, word or phrase that you repeat to yourself mentally.

However, some people find it difficult to master such techniques – I would like to include myself in this category. Guided meditations require no previous training or effort to enjoy. Even if you find it tough to let go of thoughts, are stressed, or overloaded with mental activity, this method helps you relax and feel at peace via proper guidance.

As you can now see, guided meditation can be an experience that is not only relaxing, but also enhances your sense of self, transforms your perspective in positive ways, and inspires you to live your life to the fullest. It is an effortless and very enjoyable experience that results in respite, elimination of stress and a heightened appreciation of life.
